The Bonmarché challenge

With multiple suppliers providing different services to the business, the Marketing team were looking to improve quality and achieve a consistent look and feel across catalogue and online channels. With the additional challenge of reducing timelines and cost with the essential requirement to manage their data efficiently.

The Rivendell solution

Starting with artwork and repro production for a single catalogue, the services have now developed into a multi channel end to end creative, production, photography and asset management solution.
This includes the supply of all online photography working in a fast fashion workflow from electronic sample management through to images fully retouched in 24 hours.

A dedicated team

Bonmarche now have a single point of contact and a dedicated team at Rivendell working together with the Marketing team to ensure excellent quality, consistent product information and colour reproduction is achieved across online, catalogue and instore channels.

Continually reviewing and improving ways of working, striving to reduce lead times to market and deliver cost reduction whilst never compromising the quality of content created for the customer.
